	Below you will find a list of the positions that we need to fill for the PGA Championship. A mandatory training session will be held the week prior to the event so that everyone will feel comfortable the day(s) they volunteer. Although we will try to accommodate everyone’s wishes as to job desired, we cannot guarantee any position.   Concession Cashier Expediter/runner Prep/cook Lead person  Cashier: should feel comfortable handling money, past experience preferred very friendly and outgoing, constant interaction with guests able to use calculator or cash register able to think quickly on feet  Expediter/Runner: maintain condiments area, keeping them clean and stocked assemble orders for guests keep visi-coolers stocked assist prep when needed  Prep/Cook: past cooking experience preferred, will be using grill or oven able to take temperatures and use thermometers, keeping time logs comfortable in high volume production able to assemble sandwiches  Lead Person: should be team leader comfortable working with event management on money handling ability to keep team motivated and efficient available for a minimum of four shifts
