Driving Directions

Facility Rules and Regulations
No cell phones/pagers allowed on property. No eating or dinking in guest view or within the concessions location. No gum chewing in concession stands. No smoking is allowed while on property. Personal belongings, jackets, coats, bags, etc. are not allowed in concession stand. Volunteers are not permitted to participate in facility promotions. Volunteers are not authorized to solicit autographs while in uniform.

Training
Each volunteer must attend alchohol awareness and job specific training in order to be eligible to work during the event.

Saturday, August 8th
Alcohol Awareness 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Alcohol Awareness 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Alcohol Awareness 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Job Specific 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Specific 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Dress Code
White, collared golf shirts, khaki pants and tennis shoes are required. Caps and smocks will be provided upon registration.

Group Registration
Everyone in the group must register individually for the same shift. For the group to be put in the same concession stand, all must arrive together.
